Job Description

SC TOP STRONG, a leading importer and distributor of tools and implements, is expanding its team! We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented online store order operator to join our dynamic company.

Responsibilities :

Processing and verifying online orders
Generating invoices and AWBs
Checking and recording merchandise stock levels
Handling and confirming phone orders
Communicating with customers via email and online platforms
Monitoring courier shipments and ensuring delivery
Managing and processing product returns

Requirements :

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good computer proficiency
Open-minded attitude towards technology
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate tasks effectively
